Tomato Bocconcini and Basil Salad

Need some salad ideas for your Thanksgiving dinner? This easy and simple salad will definitely hit the spot on your taste buds. You can prepare it minutes before serving the main dish without spending too much time washing and chopping.


What You’ll Need:

-3-5 medium mixed variety of tomatoes

-3-5 large light bocconcini balls sliced (you can use mini’s too)

-handful of fresh basil ripped or chopped

-2 tbsp of EVOO- Extra Virgin Olive oil

-1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar or fresh lemon juice

-pinch of sea salt and freshly grounded black pepper


Directions:

-You simply add all ingredients into a large salad dish in any order as you please and top off with the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper for the dressing.

This salad works great with any main and a nice glass of red vino!
