Daily Smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to get that boost of energy first thing in the morning! It’s a complete source of vitamins and minerals plus it has omega 3, fiber and is choke full of antioxidants.

This refreshing drink will help cleanse and detoxify your body and skin.

Let’s begin…

 

 

 

What you’ll need:

½ cup fresh papaya chunks

½ cup frozen mango chunks

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tbs ground black Chia seeds

1 tbs organic dried Goji berries

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Note: If smoothie is too thick add some water to dilute the mixture.

How to prepare papaya:

Step 1: Cut in 2 halves.

Step 2: Scoop out black seeds with a spoon.

Step 3: Cut into strips then cubes.

Step 4: With a sharp knife peel off skin.

Instructions:

-Using a blender, mix together all the ingredients until smooth.

-Once blended, pour the mixture into your favourite glass or traveler mug and enjoy!

Note: Add some organic steel cut oatmeal with this smoothie and you have yourself a delicious breakfast to enjoy any day of the week.
